When you hit that milestone, we give you a fully paid block of time off, completely separate from your normal holiday allowance, to do with whatever you like.

Go somewhere you've always wanted to go. Start the home renovation project you’ve always wanted to do. Spend a month being with your family and friends. Or do nothing at all and actually rest!

How the Sabbatical Works:

• Up to four weeks, fully paid, on top of your annual leave
• Your salary and benefits keep running throughout
• Taken in one block, so it stays a real break
• Kicks in at your fifth anniversary, and repeats every five years after that
• There’s an 8-week part-time option available if that works better for you.*

You have 12 months from each anniversary to take it, so there's plenty of time to plan something worth looking forward to.
