We know that the hiring process is a two-way street and that moving to a new job and company can be a big change in our lives. Here at Spoke, there will be several touchpoints in our interview process so that we can get to know one another.

The stages

Our hiring process generally consists of four stages, including a paid project (or up to two projects for higher-level roles), and up to 3 “face-to-face” interviews via video call. The process can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks, and this varies depending on your availability, ours, and the amount of time it takes us to fairly evaluate everyone along the way.

1️⃣ Meet our recruiter

You’ll have a video call with our internal recruiter, **Sadie Moloney,** who will tell you more about Spoke and get to know you too.

2️⃣ Meet the hiring manager

You’ll have a video call with the hiring manager to dive into more details about your skills and experience.

3️⃣ Test project

At this stage, depending on the role, you’ll get a relevant take-home project (and we’ll pay you for your time) or, a live exercise that gives you a chance to showcase your skills.

4️⃣ Final call

You’ll have a 30-minute, final video call with our Founder and CEO, Jack Underwood; an informal chat and an opportunity for you to meet.

💫 Occasionally…

Some of our specialist roles follow a slightly different path, but our talent team will keep you informed along the way.
